The Role

As a Retail & Events Assistant, you'll be involved in the day-to-day delivery of planned retail campaigns and events. You'll work alongside a team following clear schedules and expectations, helping ensure each day runs smoothly and customers have a positive experience.

Supporting organised retail and event activity across Birmingham Assisting with setup, delivery, and close down of scheduled campaigns Representing brands and campaigns in a professional, confident manner Engaging with customers clearly, politely, and effectively Working as part of a team to meet daily objectives Maintaining high standards of presentation, punctuality, and conduct
