Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Leader with experience in the retail management industry to join our management team at Roys of Thetford Store, in Thetford.
You will assist the management team to improve the commercial performance of the store and to coach and support your teams to deliver exceptional customer service and excellent store standards to maximise sales and profitability.
You need the desire to achieve targets through effective performance management of your team and have the enthusiasm to drive your own development.

This role will include Duty Management shifts, is a permanent position, 37.5 per week, working flexibly, 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
Fewer contracted days / hours will be considered

Pay: Up to 25,935.00 per year
