The Role

Working

5 days out of 7

(including weekends), you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through product choices and ensuring they receive the best service possible. You'll also support the smooth running of daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service in-store. Provide accurate product knowledge and guidance. Manage sales transactions, including calculating discounts and upselling opportunities. Keep the showroom organised and presentable. Contribute to achieving branch sales targets. Book fittings with our selected specialist fitters

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not essential). Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Basic numeracy for processing transactions. Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

Weekend availability is essential.
