RETAIL FOOD & BEVERAGE

SUPERVISOR

We are currently looking for outgoing and customer focused Food & Beverage Supervisors to work across our Food & Beverage areas!

We are the Motorpoint Arena & National Ice Centre, Nottingham. The largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands and home to the Nottingham Panthers. Showcasing the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport, the arena hosts over 150 events and welcomes 800,000+ visitors through our doors every year.

WHAT ARE THE KEY DUTIES?

Supervising F&B teams throughout the venue ensuring staff welfare & breaks Overseeing and ensuring a smooth running of the area assigned for the shift Coaching and mentoring staff regarding F&B and customer service Ensuring that day to day SOP's are adhered to Ensuring stock is replenished, shelves are full, and merchandising is in place in accordance with company standards Delivering excellent customer service while dealing with a diverse range of customers Ensuring food hygiene, health & safety standards are maintained in all working areas Ensuring F&B team carry out all till functions correctly, ensuring accuracy of cash, credit card and other transactions are completed in line with company procedures. Maximizing sales opportunities and ensure customer choice & value is enhanced by offering up-sell products and promotions

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Comfortable & confident in dealing with customers Friendly and lively personality, polite and well presented Team player, with good time management skills Able to work well in a busy environment and under pressure Awareness of food and hygiene standards Experience working in a similar setting is

Confidence in cash handling and the use of tills is

Experience in a supervisory role is

The desire to work in a live music and events venue is

preferred
