What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service
Assisting with buying, selling, and valuing a wide range of second-hand goods
Supporting customers with our financial services - including pawnbroking
Playing a key role in supporting our online retail operation
Creating win-win situations through excellent negotiation skills
Helping customers find the perfect item, giving second-hand products a second chance
Support our growing online retail offering to maximise sales across all platforms
Merchandising in-store displays
What We're Looking For:
A people person with a passion for helping others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn about products from tech to tools and everything in between
A great work ethic, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
