Working in Retail & Fastrack at Thorpe Park means creating lasting memories in a fast-paced, exciting environment where no two days are the same. With a variety of stores across the Resort, you'll enjoy both team collaboration and independent responsibilities. Your role is all about delivering world-class customer service while keeping our units looking their best--maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness for every guest.

Key Accountabilities

Assist the department in achieving agreed budgetary targets set through joint ownership of units alongside your team and managers. Provide world class customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests Supporting the department in delivering daily revenue targets Ensuring the stores always look well-presented and that processes are being followed correctly, allowing for a safe & successful environment.

Experience of Retail or Leisure environment is encouraged but not essential

Additional Considerations
