We are now seeking a full time

Retail Host (40 hours)

to join our brand-new Bicester Village retail team--someone who shares our passion for excellence, food and is committed to delivering a truly memorable experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

Deliver a seamless and personable customer experience, guiding and entertaining our customers and guests with confidence, warmth and professionalism. Possess a strong understanding of the brands history and use to this story tell throughout the store Set up and excite customers through activations and pop ups Work in personal shopping, attending to VIPS coming to the store Help out across the floor in any capacity

What We're Looking For:

Energy and an understanding of pace within a busy retail environment Strong communication skills (strong command of the English language is necessary, with knowledge of an additional language a plus) A strong knowledge of Piccadilly, London & Bicester (restaurants, landmarks, hotels, etc.) A friendly warm approach with great people skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends Outstanding communication skills.
