About That Good Hair

That Good Hair is a plant-powered natural hair brand for curly hair and sensitive scalps. We're opening a new kiosk in Milton Keynes and need a reliable, fun Kiosk Manager to lead the team, hit sales targets and deliver brilliant customer experiences.

The role

As Kiosk Manager, you'll run the day-to-day kiosk operations: own sales targets, lead and coach a small team, manage stock and ensure the kiosk looks on-brand. You'll be the main point of contact for centre partners and local promotions.

Key responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences; Recommend products based on customer requirements Own daily & weekly sales targets; monitor metrics (transactions/hr, AOV, conversion). Train, onboard and coach sales assistants; build the weekly rota. Maintain on-brand visual merchandising and stock levels. Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling and basic maintenance reporting. Resolve customer queries and refunds professionally. Submit weekly performance reports and suggest small experiments to improve sales.

About you

Passion for natural hair and curly hair products Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence, empathy, and an outgoing personality Grit and determination to excel in a fast-paced retail environment Retail management experience (ideally beauty/kiosk/concession). Proven track record of hitting targets and leading a small team. Strong numeracy and confidence with basic reporting. Reliable, organised and trustworthy -- responsible for cash and stock. Right to work in the UK; available to work weekends.
