Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team, driving sales performance, and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus, as it will enhance our customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Manage daily operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies. Develop and implement effective sales management techniques to achieve store targets. Foster a positive shopping environment by maintaining high standards of customer service. Organise staff schedules and manage time effectively to meet operational needs. Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on key metrics to inform decision-making. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in supervising staff and managing performance. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Strong sales management experience with a track record of achieving targets. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
