As a Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in making our retail operations a success! You'll put our beneficiaries at the heart of everything you do, sell quality pre-loved items at affordable prices, and help champion sustainability in your community.

26,800 - 27,600 per annum
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, typically 5 days per week on a changing rota basis

Permanent, full-time

In this key role, you will:
Create a welcoming atmosphere
and provide an exceptional experience for all customers
Use your visual merchandising skills
to keep our shop beautifully organised and stocked
Lead, motivate and inspire
a fantastic team of dedicated staff and volunteers
Drive sales
and meet targets to maximise income for the hospice
Deliver excellent customer service
, leaving customers with a lasting positive impression
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have retail management experience (charity or commercial), ideally with team leadership responsibility
Understand how to merchandise a store to attract customers and drive sales
Are customer-focused, approachable, and confident dealing with a wide range of people
Can manage competing priorities, stay organised, and adapt quickly when needed
Are proactive, self-motivated, and happy to work independently or with minimal support
Believe in the power of community and the importance of sustainable, ethical retail
