We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our store operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be proficient in sales management, and have excellent communication abilities. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

Lead and supervise the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling. Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and promote a positive work environment. Implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue while maintaining exceptional service standards. Communicate effectively with customers and staff, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Handle administrative tasks such as reporting sales figures, managing budgets, and maintaining records. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent sales management capabilities with a track record of achieving targets. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for effective communication with customers from various backgrounds. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in reporting and documentation. Ability to sell products effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
