Boozy Busters Store Ltd is a small business in Manchester. We are professional, and our goal is to serve the community better. As a start-up we have taken over this business last year with new management but we proud to say this bussiness was trading/serving the community over 20years with existing management. we have now introduced recently one more branch in Stockport.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Managing daily/weekly/monthly cashflows. Always Keeping business compliant. Day to day operations such as covering and running tills, checking cameras, overlooking stock replenishment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner. embers.

Skills:

Team management: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages to effectively communicate with diverse customers. Sales management: Experience in driving sales performance, setting targets, and implementing sales strategies. Administrative: Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork, schedules, and other administrative tasks. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively sell products and interact with customers. Leadership: Strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide a team towards success. Organizational: Ability to organize store layout, merchandise displays, and inventory management systems.
