Retail Manager (Used Cars)

An opportunity has arisen to join us as a Retail Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Epsom. Reporting to the Used Car Sales Manager, the Retail Manager is responsible for enhancing customer relationships and progressing the sale of the car, F&I, service plans and accessories. Crucial to this role is an ability to gain customer trust and build loyalty to Sandown with focus on sales conversion and profitability. Responsibilities will include, part exchange valuations, finance package tailoring and delivering sales results for the branch.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing an immediate and seamless Sandown experience to the customer Assist with the sale of the car, accessories, paint protection, GAP and insurance products Produce finance quotes and proposals and process finance documents for pay-out & maximise F&I opportunities Part exchange appraisal and price delivery Close sales, process and record deposit payments and final balances Conduct daily live lead reviews with sales executives Report to line manager on deal by deal basis all income generated by product type Closely monitor all live leads and distribute to teams Ensure follow up after enquiry, in line with Sandown SLAs Identify parity renewal opportunities Responsible for contacting all 'last chance' Mentor and Develop team of Sales Executives
You will require : a high level of attention to detail; be FCA accredited: knowledge of finance and related systems; knowledge of insurance products; understanding of car valuations ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and advanced negotiation skills.

Hours: 42.5 hours between 08:30 - 18:00 with weekend working on a rota basis.

Basic:35,000 per annum OTE:35,000 per annum

Company Car provided as part of the remuneration package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 70,000.00 per year
