ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking for a Retail Marketing Lead!
The Role
As our Retail Marketing Lead, you will develop and deliver a creative, insight-led marketing strategy across both physical stores and digital channels. Your focus will be on driving more consistent and effective promotional activity that increases footfall, grows sales, strengthens the retail brand, and raises awareness of our charity. This role will champion our values and strong community focus.
You will work closely with the ExtraCare Charitable Trust marketing team to ensure clear alignment with the Trust's brand and messaging, and to draw on shared insight and expertise. Taking ownership of retail marketing plans and campaigns, you will collaborate with store teams, regional managers and colleagues across the organisation to deliver joined-up campaigns and compelling in-store experiences that achieve commercial impact.

While The ExtraCare Charitable Trust has a dedicated marketing team focused on broader Trust communications and fundraising, this role is focused on building and driving marketing specifically for the retail section of the Charity. You will work closely with the Trust's marketing team to ensure alignment of brand values and messaging while developing strategies tailored to the unique needs of our retail stores.
