Salary:?35 - 45k per annum, depending on experience
Terms: ?Permanent contract on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week
20 days plus Bank Holidays and a 1 extra day for Birthday

BACKGROUND
Catering & Exhibition is seeking an experienced and creative Retail Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of a marketing strategy for a growing retail proposition. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in both ecommerce and traditional retail marketing, with a strong focus on innovation and data-led campaigns.
This role supports the launch of new omnichannel revenue streams, including an online shop and pop-up locations, offering a curated range of branded and third-party products.

JOB PURPOSE
The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across all channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
You will define and execute integrated campaigns using research-driven customer segmentation and work closely with the internal and external teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and performance tracking.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in both traditional and digital marketing and the ability to deliver measurable, high-impact campaigns.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Head of Retail and other senior stakeholders to create and deliver a robust marketing strategy that supports the growth of the retail proposition
Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across:
Ghstktchn website and online shop
Email (e-newsletters)
Organic and paid social media
PPC and SEO
Affiliate marketing
Print and outdoor advertising
PR and blog content
Trade shows
Associated organisations
Collaborate with in-house teams to align messaging and maximise campaign impact
Manage external agencies to support marketing delivery as required
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using tools including Shopify and Google Analytics, reporting on ROI and using insights to inform future activity
Brand Development
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing outputs
Develop and strengthen brand positioning, USPs, and competitive edge in the marketplace
Audience Research and Segmentation
Work with external partners to define audience segments and marketing opportunities
Collaborate internally to develop detailed audience profiles
Use data and insights to build effective customer journeys and marketing strategies
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
Manage the marketing budget and provide regular forecasts and performance reports
Liaise with stakeholders including sponsors, partners, and agencies
Represent the company at marketing meetings and relevant events
Stay informed on market trends, consumer behaviour, and relevant technologies
General Duties
Occasional out-of-hours working in support of retail events and campaigns, which may include overnight stays
Maintain a strong awareness of health and safety responsibilities
