We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth for our digital signage solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within the retail sector, focusing on in-store retail media networks, digital signage, retail displays and other related applications.

Main Duties


---------------

Creating net new sales pipeline in the retail industry, focusing on digital signage sales for retail media network


Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities for in-store retail media network / digital signage solutions


Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, retailers, partners and associated agencies required


Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.


Present and demonstrate digital signage / RMN solutions to prospective clients, effectively communicating their value proposition.


Work with existing and identify new vendor partners to work with, as part of the Aura eco system (display vendors, software OEM's, technology partners, ad agencies, etc)


Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and project management, to ensure successful project implementation.


Negotiate contracts, pricing, and proposals to close deals that align with company goals.


Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs for revenue growth and client acquisition

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities



Requirements


----------------


Essential:
Min 3 years' experience in the retail b2b sales industry with proven results


Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the retail, technology, digital signage, or related industry.


Strong Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in various industries.


Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


Existing network of retail contacts/customers and self confidence in generating new leads




Desirable:
Understanding of digital signage software, hardware, and content management systems (CMS) work within an in-store retail media network


Familiarity with AV integration, IoT, and emerging display technologies is a plus
