Join us as a Retail Media Project and Development Manager and you'll be a big part of this.

Manage and monitor the successful delivery of all approved projects within the roadmap. Lead and co-ordinate with stakeholders during the project discovery, implementation, review, and completion phases to ensure effective project implementations. Develop and implement project frameworks, processes, and controls to ensure efficient delivery and compliance with all requirements. Manage stakeholder and governance forum updates regarding in-delivery and completed projects. Coordinate with RM, tech, UX and all relevant stakeholders on the pilot & launch as well as the BAU handover process agreed upon at project commencement and ensure effective delivery into the business. Ensure weekly/monthly reporting on all projects alongside operational implementation reviews to drive continual improvements. Lead in sharing project best practices and continual improvement feedback for future projects and for the continuous improvement of our Retail Media operations. Actively involved in prioritisation, capacity, and resource planning of the roadmap. Project manage individual initiatives as necessary. Proven track record of implementing new business concepts within a large organisation Strong practical experience in project management through managing large, complex and multiple workstreams Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems Strong leadership and people management skills Experience of working cross functionally and with third parties to deliver change Ability to design, implement and monitor program governance controls
