Support the retail merchandising team in maintaining attractive, effective store layouts and displays across our retail estate.

Retail Merchandiser ( Senior)

Business Development Managers, Symbol Store Owners, Marketing and Retail Customers

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up in-store displays and layouts that support promotions and sales.

Support the implementation of planograms and promotional displays. Help ensure stores follow brand guidelines and are visually appealing. Distribute and maintain in-store marketing materials (POS). Work alongside the sales team during store relays and rebranding activities. Assist with stock placement and light admin tasks. Represent S&W positively and professionally while visiting stores.
Essential:

Educated to at a minimum of GCSE Level or equivalent with Grade C in GCSE Maths / English 2yrs experience working in similar role or environment (retail/FMCG) Good communication skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Attention to detail and pride in presentation Full clean driving licence Willing to travel and stay overnight occasionally
Desirable

Further education in retail or marketing Experience in merchandising or FMCG retail Confidence using Microsoft Excel Passion for customer care and service Understanding of POS and promotional materials
