Our shops, cafe, warehouse, and online sales help raise vital funds to provide specialist palliative care for local people and their families. Behind the scenes, our Retail Office Administrator keeps everything running smoothly -- supporting volunteers, staff, and systems that power this essential work.
We're looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive person who thrives on variety and enjoys working with people. In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for our retail team, helping with everything from financial reporting and Gift Aid administration to volunteer records, stock coordination, and seasonal campaigns.
What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for retail enquiries.
• Assisting with sales figures, banking information, and invoices.
• Supporting volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and communication.
• Preparing resources such as newsletters, posters, and rotas.
• Providing day-to-day office and operational support.

What we're looking for:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence using IT systems and databases.
• Experience in administration, finance, or customer service.
• A team player who wants their work to have real impact.
