We're now looking for an

experienced Retail & Online Sales Assistant

to join our team -- someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, understands automotive products, and enjoys hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service in-store, providing expert product recommendations and advice. Achieve and exceed individual and team

sales targets

. Manage stock levels, merchandising, and product displays to maintain a clean, professional retail environment. Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately. Support with online order fulfilment and assist customers with click-and-collect purchases. Stay up to date with new product launches, promotions, and car care trends. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience

in a retail sales role (preferably in automotive, detailing, or related sectors). Proven record of meeting or exceeding

sales targets

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong product knowledge and a genuine interest in car care. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexible to work weekends and retail hours.

Pay: 22,893.75-29,896.60 per year
