The Role
We're looking for a friendly, organised, and hands-on
Retail & Operations Assistant
to join our team. This role is a mix of customer-facing retail work and behind-the-scenes operational support. You'll be talking to customers about coffee, helping them find the right equipment, and keeping things running smoothly day to day.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming and assisting customers in-store
Talking knowledgeably (and enthusiastically!) about coffee and our products
Answering and managing customer email enquiries
Helping with packaging and dispatch of machines and equipment
Supporting stock handling, deliveries, and day-to-day logistics
Keeping the shop and workspace tidy and well-presented
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence in talking to customers
A genuine interest in coffee (or a willingness to learn quickly!)
Reliable, organised, and adaptable
Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, scheduling, etc.)
Practical and hands-on, happy to help wherever needed
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
