Retail Optical Assistant (Trainee)

You'll play a vital role in supporting both our retail and clinical teams, helping to deliver outstanding service and care to every customer who walks through our doors.
What You'll Be Doing
Retail Support
Assist with pre-testing and preparing customers for their eye appointments
Ensure clinics run smoothly and efficiently
Help customers with product queries, pricing, offers, and frame styling
Administrative & Operational Support
Carry out daily administrative tasks to support store operations
Keep accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and store data
Customer Service (Phone-Based)
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and friendly manner
Book appointments and provide information on products and services
Offer advice on frame and lens options, hearing devices, and general optical services
Resolve customer queries and concerns to ensure a positive experience
