We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Outlet Manager with a strong understanding of social media management and online sales. In addition to traditional retail duties, this role involves actively maintaining our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as managing online sales through our discount e-commerce website.

Responsibilities:



Provide excellent customer service in-store, assisting customers with enquiries, product information, and purchases. Lead and motivate a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture Provide clear direction and regular performance feedback to team members. Manage rotas, absences, and day-to-day operational needs to ensure smooth workflow. Develop and implement training programs for staff and new employees. Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and displays are attractive. Monitor and manage stock levels, replenishing as necessary. Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to enhance brand visibility. Respond to customer enquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner. Oversee and manage online sales through our discount e-commerce website. Process and fulfil online orders promptly and accurately. Keep the website updated with current product information, pricing, and promotions. Stay informed about product features, specifications, and industry trends to assist customers both in-store and online. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate online and in-store activities.

Requirements:



Previous retail and management experience is essential.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.

Basic computer skills for online sales management.
