As a Retail Partnerships Assistant, you'll work closely with partners both in the UK and internationally, you'll help deliver distinctive retail experiences, all while supporting a fast-moving operation behind the scenes. Your contribution will ensure our products continue to represent the excellence and heritage of the Royal Collection - wherever in the world they're found.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate orders, deliveries and quotes for retail partners across the UK and internationally, ensuring smooth, on-time fulfilment.
Support product selection and curation tailored to partner needs, helping to showcase a diverse, high-quality range.
Maintain accurate records for products, pricing and partners, using internal systems to manage orders and stock.
Liaise with the Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure stock readiness, timely dispatch, and accurate invoicing.
Build strong working relationships with retail partners, providing exceptional service and timely communication.
Support day-to-day admin tasks, from producing reports and presentations to helping plan retail events and appointments.
About you
With experience in merchandising, retail operations or sales support, you're confident working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
You're comfortable handling a varied product range - from fragile homewares tofood & beverage items - and have a good understanding of order processing, logistics, and compliance for both domestic and international deliveries.
Highly organised and detail-focused, you can manage multiple tasks at once, keeping accurate records and tracking orders from quote to delivery.
You're confident using Excel and other reporting tools, and you have a good head for numbers when it comes to pricing, forecasting, and processing invoices.
A natural communicator, both written and verbal, you build positive working relationships and take pride in delivering excellent service.
Proactive and solutions-focused, you work well with others and take initiative to get things done efficiently - even when things get busy.
