RETAIL PROCESSES AND MASTER DATA SPECIALIST FOR EUROPE
PVH Retail Operations is responsible for circa 50% of the European total business. It's a fast paced, energetic and open environment, where everyone has a voice and is highly encouraged to contribute. Our teams operate autonomously, but with one consistent thread that runs through our retail business: 'Retail Working as One'. We are one team, made up of five key departments: Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and our Store Teams on the ground, driving our business. Our focus is always stores first. We put our teams on the ground, serving our consumers, at the forefront of everything we do.
Reporting into the Store Operations Director, the Retail Processes and Master data Specialist is responsible for the effectiveness of retail process and integrity of the master data for all stores across Europe. Working with regional and store teams ensuring processes and master data are accurate and compliant. Where problems and challenges arise with retail processes or master data you will work with functions to resolve within agreed timelines.
Responsibilities include:
Document, and optimize retail processes and workflows across multiple store locations
Act as a subject matter expert on retail processes and master data, providing guidance and support to store teams as needed
Monitor and track the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback and adjusting as necessary
Serve as a point of contact for process-related inquiries and escalations from store teams
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of master data across various systems and platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and standards for master data elements
Perform data analysis and quality checks to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or anomalies
Coordinate and execute data cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities to improve data quality
Conduct regular audits and reviews of master data to identify and resolve data integrity issues
Support data migration and integration projects, ensuring smooth transition and mapping of master data - Yext and other applications
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols in handling and managing master data
