You`ll be providing support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment process. This position is working for a high profile well loved brand and can be fully remote so people can be based anywhere in the UK. This is a dynamic workplace with a culture where people work collaboratively to make things happen and the resourcing team supports the retail stores across the UK for this company and works closely with Resourcing Partners and the wider People & Customer Teams. What the role will be doing:
The Advisors in the Resourcing Team will be responsible for the pre-screening for all retail roles and strive to deliver the highest calibre of candidates whilst providing the best possible experience to candidates.
Support the delivery of the recruiting lifecycle to attract amazing people to this high profile brand. From the initial shortlisting and telephoning screening of candidates up to arranging interviews and providing feedback to successful applicants. Deliver a cost-effective and efficient resourcing service to meet the needs of the business.
By joining the Resourcing Team, you'll take ownership of a high volume of vacancies across the retail estate, providing support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Experience needed: Candidates require some experience within recruitment in any industry and must be diligent and able to get through high volume recruitment work.
