We are seeking a

Retail Relationship Manager

to join our small, but dynamic and innovative, team at

Ping Local

. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and confident, yet compassionate and respectful. They will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our independent businesses, working closely with them to craft promotions to appear on our mobile app, creating promotional posts for them, to appear on our social media, and using the relationships to gain more participating businesses.

Our innovative technology intelligently connects local businesses with targeted customers, creating meaningful community connections rather than just transactions. The successful applicant will have an extremely important and rewarding role in helping our app to become the champion of the great independent businesses on the Wirral. They will be instrumental in engaging with and nurturing our relationships with local businesses. Ahead of the app launch, the successful applicant will be working closely with our participating businesses crafting promotions to appear on our app ready for launch. They will maintain strong ongoing relationships with our clients, crafting promotions and promoting their businesses on our social media. This is a unique opportunity, with incredible prospects.

Responsibilities

:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Work closely with clients to craft promotions to appear on our mobile app Create promotional posts for clients to appear on our social media Use the relationships with clients to gain onboard new businesses Manage and report on your performance to the Sales Director Collaborate with the wider marketing team. Perform all necessary administrative tasks to ensure all opportunities are fulfilled to their maximum potential Take responsibility for your diary to schedule calls and meetings as required

Skills

:

Proven track record in face to face customer service Be confident, yet warm, approachable, and compassionate Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Self-driven, organised, and able to use your initiative A practical and hands-on approach to all tasks Hold full UK driving license and have own vehicle
