We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to craft plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem.




Description





As part of the EMEA Retail RTM Account Planning and BD team, with focus on the Monobrand Channel and specifically the following: - Working with regional teams and other key stakeholders (WW CSO, Sales Finance, SP&O) to set out and execute the EMEIA Monobrand strategy and to drive expansion of our Monobrand programs in the channel. - Working with regional teams to support development, execution, review, iteration and tracking of Monobrand RTM partner account plans for key Monobrand partners in EMEIA. - Business development - looking for opportunities as well as partnering with regional teams and other key stakeholders (WW CSO, Sales Finance, SP&O) to help drive Monobrand business growth. - Lead and support performance management and analysis of the Monobrand channel and partners, seek actionable insights and share the findings with a broader XF team across the organisation. - Foster best practice sharing and innovation through Monobrand RTM community calls, partner webinars, creation and ongoing development of sales initiatives, playbooks and other activities. - Act as the bridge to key WW stakeholders, cascading important topics down and delivering consolidated regional feedback upwards, including innovation and insights to influence future program development. - Active collaboration: stakeholder partnering and relationship management with XF teams (including SP&O, Finance, WW & Regional Sales teams).




Minimum Qualifications



Significant commercial experience in working with retailers or other channel partners Experience operating and influencing within a multinational organisation

Excellent analytical skills, coupled with high attention to detail - bringing the ability to translate complex data into insightful business intelligence, learnings from performance measurement and best practices Great communication skills - at multiple organisational levels, inside and outside the company Demonstrates high degree of ownership and accountability Strong presentation and story-telling skills An innovative and strategic thinker - ability to challenge the status quo and think 'out of the box' Strong ability to influence both directly and indirectly Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
