Duties

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise as needed.

Skills

Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain a tidy workspace. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers. Time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone professionally. Experience in merchandising to create attractive product displays that drive sales. A proactive approach to upselling, enhancing the overall customer experience.
