THE ROLE





We are looking for a Retail Sales Admin Assistant to play a key role in supporting the Retail team by ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, maintaining weekly and monthly analytics, providing administrative assistance, and maintaining excellent communication with our internal teams and customers. With comprehensive training, you will be responsible for handling orders from the UK, EU and US warehouses, while also contributing to the overall administrative functions of the Sales department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



+ Efficiently process both UK and international orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment from our multiple warehouses, including customer interfacing and troubleshooting.


+ Liaise with logistics teams to track and manage order deliveries and resolve any issues related to stock or shipping.

+ Plan and communicate updates to our existing retail accounts, including but not limited to new product launches, sample availability, pricing changes, etc.

+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team, assisting with various tasks such as data entry, order tracking, analytics and customer communications.

+ Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain sales performance documents.


+ Utilise Office and Google G Suite applications (including Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Office tools) to maintain accurate records, update customer databases, and ensure that all sales-related data is current and accessible

+ Work closely with the wider Retail team to ensure customer satisfaction, accurate order fulfilment, and efficient operations.

+ Communicate effectively with both internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any order-related issues or queries promptly.

+ Maintain the team's trading documents, including in month position.


+ Push to deliver on, and increase, inbound customer demand, suggesting product swaps and upselling where possible.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:


+ Experienced with using Microsoft Office and / or Google G Suite applications


+ Experienced in working in an administrative role.


+ Willing to learn and keen to grow within a growing Retail Sales Team.


+Focused with excellent attention to detail.


+ Strong analytics and data handling ability.


+ An appetite for sales and driving growth .

Our Interview Process and What You Can Expect:





+ Application Review:

We'll start by reviewing your CV/application to ensure it's a good fit for the role.

+ Initial Phone Call (circa 15-20 minutes):

You'll have a brief introductory chat with Ellie, our Talent Partner. We'll discuss your experience, your career aspirations and explore how your values align with ours.

+ Video Interview (circa 30 minutes):

The next step is a virtual interview with the hiring manager, via Google Meet. This will be an introductory conversation featuring experience-based and competency-based questions. It's also a great time to ask any initial questions you have!

+ Interview Task:

You'll receive a task via email which you can prepare at home. This will form part of the discussion for the in-person interview. This will allow us to get a better understanding of your experience, skills and ways of working.

+ In-Person Interview (60-90 minutes):

The final stage is an in-person interview at our Uckfield or Lewes office. You'll meet with the hiring manager and one other team member and present your interview task and answer competency questions. This is also your opportunity to ask us any remaining questions.

+ This role requires full time working at our stunning Lewes offices. Please apply only if you're within a reasonable commute to East Sussex.
