The Brand Ambassador provides exceptional experiences for all visitors to the boutique in order to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets. Working together with colleagues, the Boutique Manager and the Blancpain management team, the Brand Ambassador helps ensure that every client experiences the high level of service worthy of a Blancpain timepiece.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
+ Provide excellent client experience and timely, pertinent follow-up for both prospective clients and owners (Customer service)
+ Propose clients for, and participate in, local activation events in line with the Brand Universe
+ Support colleagues in their sales by helping to prepare invoices, gifts, packaging
+ Ensure requests and enquiries (online, email, phone) are followed up in a timely manner Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking savoir-faire knowledge
Follow-up with customer repairs liaising with customer care in Southampton and Swiss headquarters.
Provide reliable information to customers in all matters relating to sales and customer service.
Placing orders for Blancpain accessories, ensuring stock is upto date and available.
Boutique Operations
+ Actively participate in the proper maintenance of the boutique: product displays, props set-up, etc.
+ Understand and respect all operating and security guidelines
+ Follow the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces
Profile

Previous sales experience in a luxury Retail boutique or Hospitality industry
Excellent client service and attention to details
Entrepreneurial spirit to develop your own business and build long-lasting client relationships
Team player with good interpersonal skills and a "can do" attitude
Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning
Strong interest in the universes of Fine Watchmaking and Arts de Vivre
