As part of the Retail team, you'll be based within our East London store welcoming customers in and talking to them about our gorgeous carpets and flooring.

What You'll Be Doing:

Creating Amazing Customer Experiences

Work closely with your team to delight every customer who walks through our doors - making them feel welcome, listened to, and supported from start to finish.

Providing Exceptional Service

Help customers with everything from product advice and placing orders to after-sales support. You'll be a friendly face they can trust - and when the occasional issue arises, you'll handle it with care and professionalism.

Bringing Spaces to Life

Learn how to expertly draw and cost rooms, so you can guide customers to the perfect flooring solutions tailored to their home and lifestyle.

Becoming a Product Expert

With full training, you'll get to know our beautiful products inside and out - so you can offer personalised recommendations and advice that really make a difference.

Supporting Day-to-Day Store Operations

Get involved in everything from stock handling and visual merchandising to maintaining high standards throughout the store - including helping with deliveries and promotional displays. High personal standards, from hygiene to paperwork.

Keeping Things Running Smoothly

Handle admin tasks, sales quotations, and fitting or delivery arrangements with an eye for detail and a head for numbers - making sure everything is spot on for the customer.

Looking for Better Ways

We love fresh ideas! You'll always be encouraged to suggest ways we can improve our store, service, and customer experience.

We're looking for the following qualities

Sales driven with a passion for driving a 5 star customer experience Experience within a customer facing role

Proven sales and retail assistant experience essential

A real people person - the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues A team player Flexibility to work shift patterns Strong work ethic, resilient, self-starter and a can do attitude
