Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Advisor - Hartlepool

We're on the lookout for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven person to join our new sofa shop! If you're someone who can strike up a conversation with anyone, loves helping customers find exactly what they're looking for, and knows exactly how to close a sale, then this role is for you.

What you'll be doing:

Welcoming customers with a smile and guiding them to the perfect product. Turning conversations into sales by understanding customer needs. Completing customer orders using our sales system and processing payments. Keeping the shop looking fresh and presentable at all times. Providing excellent service throughout the whole experience.
What we're looking for in you:

At least 1 year of retail sales experience (furniture sales is a plus). A proven track record of hitting and smashing targets. A natural people-person who's confident, friendly, and persuasive. Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy with a positive, can-do attitude. Flexible to work across a weekly rota, including weekends.
