We are inviting expressions of interest for our 2026 part time Retail Sales Advisor Internship.
This internship is part of the Institute of Directors Jersey (IoD Jersey) scheme for 16 to 18 year old students to gain valuable work experience in retail.
Students will need to complete a minimum of 100 hours with JT as a Retail Sales Advisor during school summer holidays, and will learn core skills during their internship. Upon completion, students will receive an IoD certificate to acknowledge the core skills passed on by retail in early career development, skills that lay the foundation for any career in the future.
Our intern will need to be a can-do self starter with a natural flair for connecting with customers.
Within this role, you will have the opportunity to learn all things Telecommunications from the services we offer to the products we sell. Our customers are at the heart of everything that we do. You will also learn what great customer experience means and how to craft a positive experience with each interaction.
Our Retail Sales Advisors are the face of our company as they are responsible for helping our customers with their needs, queries, challenges and technical hurdles. This exciting role helps our customers experience everything that is great about JT.
