To provide exceptional levels of customer service to all clients. Merchandise, promote and sale of all OMEGA products. Meeting all sales targets and Boutique objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales o Greet and serve all clients providing a friendly service and delivering a full and memorable experience. o Ensure familiarity with the product range, past and present, so that clients can be provided with as much detail as necessary. o Ensure good knowledge of all functions of watches and other OMEGA products. o Provide reliable information to clients in all matters relating to sales and customer service. o Help display merchandise as directed. o Contribute to the store reaching its monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. o Deliver exceptional customer service to every client, every time. Whether by email, over the phone, or in person in the Boutique. Security o Assist in controlling shrinkage by attentive action on the shop floor, merchandise handling, accident prevention and careful operation of the till and administration policies and procedures. o Maintain/build a general awareness of products and security hot spots. o Follow Company policy and procedures for opening/closing the store. o Maintain correct processing of all deliveries. Cash Handling/Payment Transactions o All transactions to be handled in a responsible and secure way. o Till functions, cashing up, payments and general duties. o Dealing with, and handling of, cash, credits cards. Care of the Store o Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times. o Back of house and shop floor are both just as important. o Health and Safety aware. o Good Visual Merchandising standards. Communication o Adhere to company policies and regulations. o Attend briefing sessions as directed by your line manager. o Can present, and conduct, themselves in a professional manner to both customers and colleagues. o Can deal with international clients and familiar with their customs and culture. o Can communicate clearly to clients and colleagues. Product Knowledge o Attend regular training days. o Take responsibility, and be self-motivated and pro-active, to understand all new products and apply training and instructions. o Be able to deliver good product knowledge to our customers. Other o To undertake all duties and responsibilities which may fall within the remit of such a post under the direction of your line manager.

Professional requirements

o Experience in the Retail Industry at a sales advisor level. o Previous experience from a watch/jewellery, or prestige retail background. o Must have an understanding of luxury retail. o Must enjoy their work and have a natural passion for OMEGA, watches in general, or selling in a luxury retailer. o Be accommodating to shifts, longer trading hours and staying late for VIP's etc. o Have experience dealing with international customers. o Ability to communicate in other languages for example, Mandarin or Arabic.
