We are looking for a flexible individual to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our range of electrical appliances to customers in a professional and reliable manner.

Key Responsibilities



Primary Objectives

Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements

Sales

Promote Powerhouse products and services in a professional and engaging manner Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening Recommend suitable products and demonstrate strong product knowledge Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale systems

Visual Merchandising

Ensure the shop floor is fully stocked, clean, and well presented Maintain product displays and fixtures in line with merchandising guidelines Support merchandising initiatives and contribute positively to the team

Customer Experience

Welcome and assist customers, creating a friendly and professional first impression Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Handle initial customer queries and complaints, escalating where appropriate Maintain a professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach at all times Take ownership of personal training and development to maintain product and service knowledge
