Retail Sales Advisor
Job Description
We're looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role has a keen eye for detail and an ability to work quickly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team environment and can handle pressure effectively. We're looking for candidates who are able to multitask, are eager to learn and have a high level of self-motivation. Must be able to work on a 4 on 2 off rota system over 7 days, averaging around 32 hours per week over a 12 month period (Weekday hours are 9am till 5pm and Weekend Hours are Saturday 10am till 4pm, Sunday 11am till 4pm).
RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Product Training will be given to advise customers on heating products.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests for information or assistance. Provide multi-channel customer service. Respond to customer questions about the product and its features. Place orders for product through the telephone, Internet and other media at the request of customers. Organize products in a neat, orderly fashion on retail shelves in order to display them attractively. Change and control the display of products based upon the season and the needs of customers. Basic computer skills are required. Product training will be given.
