Retail Sales Advisor

to join our brand new store in

Yeovil

!

We are one of the UK's largest retailers of motorcycle helmets, clothing, and accessories, stocking some of the best motorcycle brands, including Shoei, Arai, Alpinestars, Rukka, Cardo, and more. This Somerset-based branch will serve as our newest UK location (store address TBA).

What you'll be doing:

As a Retail Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service

: Provide outstanding service by identifying customer needs, sharing your passion for motorcycling, and offering expert product recommendations.

Sales

: Help the team achieve daily sales targets and promote seasonal specials, including our Club Infinity loyalty system.

Merchandising

: Manage stock levels, pricing, and displays to ensure customers can easily find the right products.

Stock Control

: Accurately process deliveries, price items, and manage returns efficiently, liaising with suppliers when necessary.

Teamwork

: Collaborate with a motivated shop floor team, celebrating successes together and supporting each other during busy times.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking someone who:

Has a passion for motorcycles and safety gear. Is a people person who thrives on providing great service and going the extra mile. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can operate effectively in a team environment, especially during weekends and holidays. Proven retail experience (motorcycle retail experience is a bonus). Holds a motorcycle license (preferred but not essential).

Job Type

: Full-Time, Permanent.

Hours:

37.5 hours a week, weekends compulsory.

Location

: Yeovil, Somerset (TBA)

Hours of work:

Monday to Saturday

: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Sunday

: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM

Bank Holidays

: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM
