Vapouriz was established in 2011 and is now recognised as one of the leading manufacturers & retailers of premium electronic cigarettes and E Liquid in Europe, producing various flavours of e-liquids across numerous brands, all of which we manufacture in our UK plant using state-of-the-art machinery.

As Retail Assistant at our Redhill store, you will build meaningful and professional relationships with customers by listening to their needs and make suitable recommendations. Your role as a Retail Assistant is vital to the success of the Vapestore by encouraging repeat business and engaging with the local community.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

Be the welcoming face of Vapouriz to customers and generate sales by making recommendations on products and upselling Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met when possible Work with management and colleagues to build a customer-focused, sales driven team Be aware of the sales target and actively contribute to achieving store goals and targets Deliver customer feedback and observations to the management team Communicate daily and weekly sales performance to the management team Uphold store merchandising and high standards of cleanliness, ensure the store is kept neat and tidy and is easy for customers to navigate Support the aims and ethos of Vapouriz, setting a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality and attendance

The ideal candidate should also demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Committed to delivering excellent customer service Sales driven Presentable and approachable Good problem-solving skills A self-starter, with a positive can-do attitude Well organised and flexible to work with the store's rota sytem including weekends A vaper or have a keen interest in the vaping industry and its appeal to the market
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.35 per hour
