The Role
Above all, we dedicate ourselves to maintaining a friendly atmosphere and helpful service for our customers. Therefore, as the face of Cariad Wales, you will play an active role in each stage of the customer's experience. This will include:
Greeting each customer, ensuring that they are aware you are there to help Building a rapport with the customers by asking questions, making suggestions, and providing information on our products. Processing both cash and card transactions Maintaining a clean, tidy, and pleasing environment Extending this customer service to telephone inquiries throughout the day Packing and shipping orders purchased from our website Must have basic Computer skills Be prepared to work Saturdays
