Role Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team on a contracted minimum of 20 hrs per week:

Golf Club Custom Fitter
Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and expert product advice Assist with sales of golf clubs, apparel, footwear, and accessories Handle transactions and operate the till accurately Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing Support with deliveries, stock replenishment, and merchandising Carry out professional fittings using launch monitors and fitting systems Advise customers on the best equipment to suit their swing, ability, and preferences Stay up to date with the latest golf products, brands, and technology
What We're Looking For

Previous retail or customer service experience Previous custom fitting experience Enthusiastic, approachable, and reliable Strong knowledge of golf equipment and technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods
