Sales and Customer Service Representative

We're looking for outgoing and driven Sales and Customer Service Representatives to join our team to help us bring our unique, eco-friendly products to customers everywhere.

You'll receive training to develop your sales and customer service skills, including understanding customer psychology to better understand their needs and wants.

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet and assist customers to match their memories to our wooden blocks Process sales orders and handle financial transactions with accuracy Maintain high standards in the store, including presentation and cleanliness Receive ongoing coaching and support to help you achieve your sales goals Simple editing and printing customer photos on our wooden blocks

Key Requirements

:

Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies A confident, outgoing, and friendly demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential - we provide training to ensure your success in this role UK work permit

Training

:

Comprehensive training on sales techniques to help you achieve your sales goals Learn the psychology behind customer-facing interactions to better understand the needs and wants of our customers Develop the confidence to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
