What you'll do:
Provide amazing customer service and gift advice.
Assist with product displays and keeping the store looking great.
Handle transactions and gift boxing.
Be part of a fun, supportive team.
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting gifts and cards.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs.
Operate the point-of-sale system, process cash and card transactions accurately.
Assist with stock deliveries, unpacking, pricing, and inventory management.
Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and festive store atmosphere.
Support promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and in-store activities.
Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns professionally.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What we're looking for:
Previous retail or customer service experience.
A love for locally made and designed products.
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy store environment.
Enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine interest in helping customers find the perfect gift.
Flexibility to work weekends, and peak retail periods (e.g., Christmas)
