Our retail division delivers in-store sales, brand awareness and customer experience support for leading products and services. As we expand our retail campaigns, we are hiring Retail Sales Assistants who want to build real skills, grow quickly and start a long-term career in sales.

The Role

The Retail Sales Assistant role is a hands-on, customer-based position focused on sales, product promotion and brand representation. You will be working on-site in retail environments, engaging with customers, presenting products and supporting the performance of our client campaigns.

This is a ground-up, entry-level opportunity with full training provided.

Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Assistant

Engage with customers in-store to promote client products and services Deliver a positive and professional customer experience Support in-store sales activity and daily performance targets Represent client brands confidently and accurately Assist with product demonstrations, promotional setups and merchandising tasks Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve campaign effectiveness Work collaboratively with the retail sales team to drive results

Training and Development

You will receive full paid training in:

Retail sales techniques Customer communication and service Product knowledge and brand representation Sales targets, reporting and performance improvement Leadership, coaching and store campaign management as you progress
