We are recruiting

Retail Sales Assistants

to join our on-site retail team in

Belfast

. This is an

entry-level opportunity

for individuals who enjoy working with customers in a busy retail environment and want to develop strong communication and sales skills.

No previous retail or sales experience is required.

Full paid training

will be provided to support your development and confidence on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner Providing product information and support to customers Maintaining high standards of customer service Supporting daily retail operations on-site Working collaboratively with team members Learning retail sales techniques and customer engagement best practices
