Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and motivated
Retail Sales Assistant
to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service. You will play a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining visual standards, and supporting sales through excellent service.Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all customers. Understand customer needs and make suitable product recommendations. Support sales through clear product knowledge and helpful suggestions. Accurately handle cash and card transactions. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks during your shift. Answer customer queries by phone in a professional manner. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet store targets and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
Experience & Skills
Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required. Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills (e.g. Spanish) are a plus. Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing. Willingness to learn about products and services to better assist customers.
