About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. You'll be the face of the store -- helping customers find what they need, keeping displays looking sharp, and creating a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude Provide product knowledge and advice to help customers make informed choices Process sales and handle transactions accurately Maintain stock levels and ensure the store is clean and well-presented Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver great service
What You Bring:
Strong communication and people skills A genuine interest in retail and customer service Confidence, reliability, and a positive attitude Attention to detail and pride in presentation Previous retail experience preferred, but not essential
