We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Retail Sales Associate

to join our team. In this role, you will help create a friendly and welcoming shopping experience, and support customers with product selections. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your retail skills within a vibrant and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their visit Assist customers with product selection, offering clear and confident guidance Promote and upsell products to maximise sales opportunities Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Handle enquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service Assist with administrative tasks Keep the store clean, organised, and inviting at all times Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and enhance overall store performance

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of customers Basic maths skills for handling payments and stock management Strong organisation and time-management abilities Confident phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely Experience in upselling is preferred but not essential Previous retail experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided
