Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Advisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the products they need.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively sell items and provide recommendations based on customer needs. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Maintain an organised sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness. Handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling and processing payments.

Experience

Previous vape experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Strong communication skills in English are required. Able to sell products effectively and engage customers through active listening and tailored recommendations. Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
