About this role:

If you are experienced working in retail and are passionate to become an essential member of the retail operations team at Crystal Palace FC, we have a job for you! We are looking for a customer service focused, organised and self motivated retail assist to work on the shop floor, ensure merchandising display and product is maintained to a high standard and stocked properly, use the till system and provide the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Working on the shop floor providing customer service Operating the till Packing sales Stocking shelves where required Pricing merchandise Shirt printing of names and numbers Working in the store rooms re-organising merchandise storage Receiving deliveries into storage Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager. Upholding and promoting the Club's policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Previous retail experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good time management and organizational skills Ability to work to deadlines Detail orientated Enthusiastic when you approach all tasks
